Shipping
We ship to South Africa and the United States. Every order is packed and shipped by our fulfilment partner and tracked all the way to your door.
Shipping costs
- Orders under R599: R99 flat rate
- Orders of R599 or more: free shipping
Prices and shipping are charged in South African Rand. If you're paying from outside South Africa, your bank converts the amount to your currency.
Delivery times
- Processing: 1 to 3 business days before your order ships
- United States: usually 5 to 11 business days after shipping
- South Africa: usually 2 to 4 weeks after shipping. During busy periods it can occasionally take up to 7 weeks.
We'd rather be honest about delivery times than surprise you. If your order is a gift, please order early.
Customs and import duties
Orders shipped to the United States may be charged import duties or taxes when they arrive. These are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number so you can follow it the whole way.
Multiple items
Orders with several items may arrive in more than one parcel. Each parcel has its own tracking number.
